Mrs Moon Pudding Yarn - Darjeeling

This gorgeous baby yarn comes in super cute 25g balls which makes it perfect for colour work.  This is made from a mix of 80% ethically sourced superfine merino and 20% baby alpaca and comes with a twist too to lock in the softness. 

Length 62 metres, Needle/Hook size 3.25 - 3.75mm, Tension 24 - 26 stitches to 10cm/4"

Ethical Provenence of Mrs Moon Yarns

The tops are from non-mulesed Merino sheep from ethical farms, all the wool is shorn and not a bi-product of the animal skin industry as the sheep are kept for wool production alone.  The alpaca is also shorn, the animals being kept for fibre production only.

Washing
Pudding yarn is made from the highest quality superfine merino and baby alpaca.  These really are special and luxurious fibres and should be treated carefully. The yarns are suitable for delicate hand washing only. Use a specialist detergent and tepid water only, do not agitate or twist the fibres.  Always dry flat on a towel, pulling gently into original garment shape.
